Digital Publishing & Printing Services has three locations on The University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. All three locations can provide you with high-speed black and white copiers and a variety of services ranging from standard On-Demand digital printing to custom textbook creation.

Currently averaging 3 million copies per month, the Digital On-Demand Print Centers can handle virtually all of your On-Demand printing needs and subsequent binding needs. Turnaround time for standard jobs is 48-72 hours. However, as with all printed materials, the more lead time you can give us, the more efficiently and cost-effectively we can complete your job.

Normal, Express and Deferred Service levels:

• Express Service Level is for work to be completed in two working days. ( Normal Rate + 20% premium)
• Normal Service Level is work to be completed within 7 working days. (Normal Rate)
• Deferred Service Level is for work to be completed in 8 or more working days. (Normal Rate - 20% discount)

Emergency Quick Copy Service

If you have an emergency copy job that needs to be printed in one day or less. Please contact our Customer Service Office by phone at (608) 262-3461, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. If our service does not meet your needs, click here for the UW-Madison Emergency Quick Printing Contract.

A Customer Service Representative will make the arrangements with our Production Staff to complete your emergency copy job in a timely manner. UW-Madison Digital Publishing & Printing Services has Digital On-Demand Printing Production Staff covering 24 hours a day, Monday - Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday at our 30 N. Murray Street location.
